Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and network infrastructure during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist senior engineers in diagnosing and resolving software bugs, security patches, and hardware malfunctions.
- Provide after-hours technical support to internal stakeholders and external clients via ticketing systems.
- Conduct routine data backups, system performance analysis, and log maintenance activities.
- Document technical processes and update the internal knowledge base with solutions.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify potential issues before they impact users.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Available to work a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Reliable internet connection and workspace if working partially remote.
