Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and incident response during night shift hours

- Participate in agile development sprints for software optimization
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new enterprise applications

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Computer Science or IT degree
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)
