Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems during night operations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Document technical procedures and incident reports using ITIL standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and security patches
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for 500+ employees across global offices
- Participate in after-hours deployment projects and system maintenance
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation abilities
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus
