Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, traffic patterns, and SEO rankings during off-peak hours.
- Assist the SEO team with keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization tasks.
- Conduct content audits and update internal documentation to ensure data accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets during the night shift with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to prepare reports and align daily goals.
- Perform basic technical maintenance and troubleshooting for internal systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (High School Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s) with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or Information Technology.
- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and technical operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
