Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Monitor server performance and troubleshoot alerts during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Code Deployment: Assist the deployment team with nightly code releases, version control updates, and regression testing.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical wikis, runbooks, and bug reports based on nightly findings.
- User Support: Provide tier-2 technical support for internal stakeholders during the night shift.
- Security Audits: Participate in routine security scanning and vulnerability assessment processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C#) and basic understanding of SQL.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix command line and version control systems (Git).
