Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with server maintenance and system monitoring during off-peak hours.
- Debug and resolve technical issues reported by the support team.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement code changes and feature enhancements.
- Conduct nightly data backups and security audits to ensure system integrity.
- Document technical processes and create troubleshooting guides for junior staff.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings via virtual channels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and database management.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation.
