Responsibilities
- Monitor system logs and alerts to identify and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and external clients.
- Perform routine data entry, document management, and administrative tasks to ensure database accuracy.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software updates and patches.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if remote work is applicable.
