Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems and server performance during overnight hours.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal clients via remote channels.
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patches as scheduled.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations transition.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively via email/chat.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule consistently.
