Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of digital campaigns across social media and email platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project findings and performance metrics.
- Manage and update the company database with accurate client and prospect information.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure project milestones are met.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for new initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles is a plus.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend events.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
