Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with daily troubleshooting, hardware installation, and software deployment.
- Monitor network performance and assist in maintaining a secure, high-availability IT environment.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and prepare detailed technical documentation for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technical pain points and propose scalable solutions.
- Support the administration of internal databases and assist in the management of cloud-based resources.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
