Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Department: Support daily technical operations, including hardware troubleshooting and software maintenance.
- Data Management: Help maintain and update our internal databases and CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and compile data reports to assist the management team in decision-making processes.
- Customer Support: Provide basic technical support and answer inquiries from clients and internal staff via phone or email.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with senior staff on ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Office Administration: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours during the summer or fall semester (approx. 15-20 hours per week).
