Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headers, and content strategy.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create and optimize engaging blog posts and landing pages in collaboration with the content team.
- Build backlinks and manage local SEO campaigns for our client base.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and data summaries for the marketing manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
