We are seeking a motivated and analytical Paid SEO Intern to join our growing team in Indianapolis. This is a hands-on opportunity for students and recent graduates to dive into the world of search engine optimization and digital marketing. You will work directly with senior strategists to execute campaigns that drive real business results.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page content, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers, for search engines.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console to track KPIs and traffic trends.
- Assist in technical SEO audits to improve site speed and crawlability.
- Create and manage content calendars in collaboration with the content team.
- Participate in link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to build domain authority.
- Support social media strategies by aligning content with SEO goals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report findings clearly.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
