This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in SEO, content creation, and technical recruitment support. You will work closely with our senior strategists to optimize our online presence and assist in sourcing top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in optimizing on-page content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements for our recruitment clients.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging posts to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Support the technical recruiter in screening resumes, conducting candidate outreach, and scheduling interviews.
- Write and edit high-quality blog posts, press releases, and website copy.
- Monitor website analytics and report on campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of HTML or web design is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
