Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Assist in conducting keyword research and analyzing competitor strategies to improve organic search rankings for our career pages.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems to identify and engage potential candidates for technical roles.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence to promote job openings and company culture.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment funnels and SEO performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Employer Branding: Help create compelling content (blogs, videos) that highlights our unique company culture.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
