Responsibilities
- SEO Execution: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
- Content Management: Assist in drafting blog posts, social media captions, and press releases to drive engagement.
- Recruitment Support: Source candidates on LinkedIn and professional networks; screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines.
- Analytics: Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to align on strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page/off-page) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, preferably on-site in Phoenix or hybrid.
