- SEO Optimization: Assist in conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve website rankings.
- Recruitment Support: Help screen and interview candidates for technical positions using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging blog posts and social media content.
- Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts, engage with followers, and schedule posts.
- Analytics: Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare weekly reports.
- Market Research: Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform our hiring and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, search engines, and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and content creation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
