Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain microservices using Python and AWS Lambda
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Docker
- Debug and optimize application performance with New Relic
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create technical documentation for APIs and system architecture
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers on responsive web interfaces
- Present project updates to engineering leadership bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and SQL databases
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for 20-25 hours/week during academic term
