Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python
- Implement responsive UI components with React.js and TypeScript
- Write unit/integration tests with Jest and Cypress frameworks
- Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using AWS services
- Document technical specifications and deployment procedures
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and React.js
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through Fall 2023
