Responsibilities
- Develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Implement RESTful APIs and optimize database queries in PostgreSQL
- Write unit/integration tests with JUnit and Mockito frameworks
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with UX designers to enhance user experience
- Present technical findings to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore-Junior level)
- Proficient in Java and object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with Git version control and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and frameworks
- Authorized to work in the United States
