Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Assist the development team in building, testing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and software solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Debugging: Collaborate with senior engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software bugs and performance issues.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review meetings to contribute to the team's agile workflow.
- Documentation: Help create technical documentation, API specs, and user manuals to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Testing: Perform unit testing and regression testing to ensure software stability and functionality.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one backend programming language (Python, Java, C# preferred).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Ability to work at least 20 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.
