Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using Python, Java, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Debug and optimize existing codebase for performance improvements
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Create technical documentation and API specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders during demos
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong programming fundamentals with experience in at least one OOP language
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects or hackathons
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 40 hours/week starting Summer 2024 (June-August) or Fall 2024 (September-November)
