Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions to ensure code quality and team alignment.
- Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Designers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to documentation updates, technical wikis, and internal knowledge sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of web development concepts including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about system architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for project deadlines.
