Responsibilities
- Development Support: Assist senior engineers in designing, coding, and testing software applications using modern languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, or React.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases and contribute to identifying technical solutions for client challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and update project wikis to keep the team aligned.

Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and familiarity with web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Tools: Experience with version control systems like Git is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a professional setting.
- Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion based on performance.
