Responsibilities
- Develop and test scalable cloud-native applications using Python and AWS
- Collaborate with senior engineers on machine learning model deployment
- Participate in agile sprints and code reviews
- Document technical specifications and API documentation
- Optimize database performance and implement security protocols
- Contribute to open-source projects within our engineering framework
- Present project outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals (Python/Java preferred)
- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 20-40 hours/week for 6 months
- Portfolio or personal projects demonstrating coding skills (bonus)
