Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in daily code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Debug and resolve software defects to ensure system stability and performance.
- Assist in the integration of APIs and third-party services.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose process improvements.
- Attend sprint planning meetings, stand-ups, and project retrospectives.
- Document code changes and user stories for the development team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Indianapolis office.
