Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, and testing software solutions.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning and code reviews.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues within existing codebases and applications.
- Document technical specifications, code changes, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (e.g., Python, Java, or C++).
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work on-site in Washington, DC for the duration of the internship.
