Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities for local clients.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and website content.
- Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics) and report on traffic trends, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Support social media management efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual assets align with our SEO strategy.
- Perform basic technical SEO audits to ensure client websites are optimized for search engines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Junior, Senior, or Graduate level preferred).
- Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, social media platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the Summer/Fall semester.
