Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in developing and executing digital campaigns across social media and email channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings and manage project documentation.
- Provide customer support and assist in resolving client inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to track sales leads and customer interactions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for brand growth.
- Help organize and maintain office records and digital filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program or recently graduated.
- High school diploma or GED required; no prior professional work experience necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work during peak business hours.
- Reliable internet connection is required for remote work options (PA residents).
