Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support client projects
- Assist in preparing policy briefs and stakeholder communications
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and strategy sessions
- Support event planning and logistical coordination for client engagements
- Develop and maintain project tracking systems using digital tools
- Collaborate with team members on deliverables with tight deadlines
- Present research findings to senior leadership teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Political Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Availability for 20-30 hours per week during Summer/Fall 2024
