Responsibilities
- Support desktop hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
- Assist with network monitoring and basic security protocols
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in system backup and disaster recovery drills
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support to internal staff
- Learn and apply scripting automation tools (Python/PowerShell)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20 hours/week during Summer/Fall terms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
