Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and accurate data entry.
- Monitor and organize incoming communications, emails, and correspondence.
- Support ongoing projects by conducting market research and compiling detailed reports.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure all documentation and files are filed accurately and securely.
- Shadow senior staff to understand industry best practices and workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (rising Junior/Senior preferred).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of internet research and social media platforms.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new processes.
