- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and tracking engagement metrics.
- Support daily operations by organizing files, preparing presentations, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Analyze data to provide insights that help improve our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
