Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Support software engineers in coding, debugging, and testing applications to ensure high performance and usability.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data to help shape our digital marketing strategies and product features.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute summer projects from conception to completion.
- Participate in Agile Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to stay aligned with team goals.
- Create Technical Documentation: Write clear and concise documentation for code and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in a related field (Computer Science, Marketing, IT, or Business).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic database concepts is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (May – August).
- Work Ethic: A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
