Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of web-based applications and software solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document technical specifications and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Support quality assurance efforts by identifying bugs and suggesting innovative fixes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic database concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (35-40 hours/week) during the summer months.
