Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for internal systems and end-users
- Assist with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Deploy and configure hardware/software solutions
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and compliance projects
- Participate in cross-departmental tech innovation sprints

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/CS degree
