Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone and ticketing systems
- Install and configure hardware/software across enterprise environments
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns
- Shadow network administration and cloud services teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university (any major)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment setup
- Valid US driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Available full-time (40hrs/week) June-August
