Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via ticketing system and in-person assistance
- Deploy and configure new hardware including workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and policy implementation
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects involving AWS and Azure platforms
- Participate in cross-functional agile development sprints
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site requirements
