Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with data analysis, system testing, and software implementation projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local community outreach strategies.
- Conduct market research and compile reports on emerging trends in the Jacksonville area.
- Support daily office operations, including scheduling, file management, and client correspondence.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Help maintain and update the company’s internal knowledge base and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (May – August).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
