Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software solutions using Python and JavaScript
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities in the Kansas City metro area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development cycles
- Create user experience designs and prototypes for mobile applications
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual reports
- Participate in weekly innovation workshops and networking events
- Maintain project documentation using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university program (Sophomore/Junior level preferred)
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during June-August
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant coursework or personal projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
- Authorization to work in the United States
