Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team: Support daily operations including content creation, social media management, and basic graphic design tasks.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target demographics to aid in strategic planning.
- Project Coordination: Help organize and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Data Management: Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Client Support: Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Creative Brainstorming: Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School or University (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Experience: No prior work experience required. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Must be available for a full-time summer schedule (20-30 hours per week).
