Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Support the marketing team in creating content and researching market trends.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools).
- Conduct research to support various projects and reporting needs.
- Uphold company standards regarding communication, punctuality, and workplace etiquette.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Graduating seniors welcome).
- Eagerness to learn and grow – no prior experience is necessary!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy including typing and navigating the internet.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Flexible schedule availability during summer months.
