Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Support daily administrative operations and office organization to ensure smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for digital campaigns.
- Attend weekly team meetings and prepare concise meeting minutes.
- Update and maintain the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Assist in organizing and promoting upcoming corporate events and webinars.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university.
- No prior professional work experience is required. We are open to fresh graduates.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule during the summer months.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
