Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Support: Assist the marketing team in optimizing web content and conducting keyword research to improve search engine rankings.
- Social Media Management: Help create and schedule engaging posts for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Data Analysis: Monitor website traffic and campaign performance, providing weekly reports on key metrics.
- Technical Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person company events and webinars.
- Administrative Support: Maintain project files, organize meeting notes, and support the daily operations of the office.
- Copywriting: Draft blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy under the guidance of senior writers.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO software) is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time summer hours (40 hours/week) from June to August.
