Responsibilities
- Assist daily operations: Support the administrative and operational teams with day-to-day tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research: Gather and analyze data to help identify new business opportunities and market trends in the local area.
- Collaborate on projects: Work in cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and present findings to senior management.
- Attend weekly briefings: Participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
- Support sales initiatives: Aid in outreach efforts, customer engagement, and maintaining client relationships.
- Document processes: Help create and update standard operating procedures and internal documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (JuneāAugust).
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to our Philadelphia office.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
