Responsibilities
- SEO Optimization: Assist the marketing team with keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and content optimization strategies.
- Technical Support: Provide basic IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
- Web Development: Collaborate with developers to update website content, fix minor bugs, and improve site performance.
- Data Analysis: Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation and create user guides for internal tools.
- Project Coordination: Support project managers in tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time for the duration of the summer (June–August).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and work independently.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
