Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to improve system performance and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer (May-August).
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, and software design).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, and React or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
