We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our marketing and operations teams during our peak weekend periods.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with content creation and social media management on weekends.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support campaign strategies.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to our client base.
- Update and maintain digital databases and internal records with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to execute special events and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and brand sentiment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is required.
