Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with critical weekend-specific project deliverables and data entry.
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Prepare and present weekly summaries of internship activities and project milestones.
- Support client engagement initiatives and weekend community events.
- Conduct research on emerging industry trends to aid in strategic planning.
- Uphold company standards for data accuracy and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School diploma program (rising Junior/Senior preferred).
- Must have strict availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
