Responsibilities
- Develop responsive websites using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Create social media campaigns for local businesses
- Analyze data using beginner-friendly analytics tools
- Participate in agile team sprints and stand-ups
- Build a personal portfolio showcasing 3+ projects
- Attend weekly tech workshops and skill-building sessions

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school (Arlington ISD preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills

- Availability for 20 hours/week (June-August)
- Valid US work permit if under 18
- Ability to work in person at our Arlington facility
